This print was created from my original hand drawn colour pencil artwork of this pensieve Orangutan. Perhaps because of their seemingly human behaviours or their gentle nature despite their size, orangutans are beloved by many. Their beautifully rich red fur has been captured in this piece with a simple black background to make that red really pop.
The print is in a square format and was produced using the Giclee method which replicates the original artwork with great accuracy, printed on 310 gsm archival Hahnemuhle German Etching paper to ensure the highest quality.
